Our quality policy is based on electronic quality assurance system, documented management and operation processes, and supported by reference archives. The quality assurance system is a tool for the entire organisation, and all of our personnel contribute to its development.

3. Our personnel management is based on open communication and clear, individual as well as common targets. We aim at high professional skill and motivation level as well as initiative and creative personnel.
4. Our service production is based on superior know-how and utilisation of networking operational environment. Commonly agreed working procedures, engineering environment and training secure parallel development of know-how and activities in all companies of the Group.
