Deltamarin merger to take effect
Deltamarin Ltd and Deltamarin Contracting Ltd are both subsidiaries of Delta-Sigma Ltd, the Delta-Group's holding company. The Group is in process of merging the subsidiaries into the holding company. The effective date of the merger will be April 30th, 2009. After the merger Delta-Sigma Ltd shall change its name to Deltamarin Ltd.
All operations will continue from May 1st, 2009 in one company – Deltamarin Ltd. The assets, loans, projects and personnel of the holding company Delta-Sigma Ltd (Business ID 1704468-3) and the subsidiaries Deltamarin Ltd (Business ID 0820663-6) and Deltamarin Contracting Ltd (Business ID 0595243-0) will be transferred to Deltamarin Ltd without liquidation. Also all the responsibilities of these companies will be taken care of by Deltamarin Ltd.
The merger will clarify Deltamarin's legal structure and operations in Finland. Managing working capital will be simplified, as well as contacts with the outside world.
Mr. Mika Laurilehto will continue as Managing Director of Deltamarin Ltd. The managing director of Deltamarin Contracting Ltd, Mr. Jarmo Tuhkanen will act as the Director of Administration for Deltamarin Ltd.
