The new company named Deltamarin Sp.z o.o. is located in Gdynia, one of Poland's main seaports and a major shipping and shipbuilding hub.  

The company starts with a team of three engineers and naval architects but the intention is to increase the number of personnel up to about 15-20 within the near future.

Mrs. Jadwiga Sztelwander-Zieba (M.Sc. Eng.) has been appointed as Branch Manager of the new company. She has 22 years of experience in the marine industry. Her career started as hull designer and building supervisor at the Design Office of Gdynia Shipyard. She had her own company providing engineering services for marine and offshore companies, and recently held a managing position in Marine Technic LTD, a middle-sized design office where she was also leading hull design works.
