Commission:
- Basic Design including Hull, part of outfitting, interior, HVAC and machinery diagrams
- Detail Engineering for production purposesincluding hull, hull deck outfitting and mechanical engineering (including coordination of engine casing, cardecks and accommodation areas)
- LNG conversion: Prior to delivery it was decided to change fuel to LNG. Deltamarin participated in the updating of both basic and detail design of hull and machinery in the LNG conversion.
Special Features:
- MS Stavangerfjord and her sister ship MS Bergensfjord are the first cruise ferries in the world to be powered exclusively by LNG.
The ship was delivered in 2013.
