Customer: Teekay Petrojarl Production AS — Two davit-type lifeboats located alongside the accommodation block were replaced by four free-fall lifeboats. Harsh environment offshore installation carried out on the Foinaven field, West of Shetland.
Deltamarin provided the owner with FEED (Front End Engineering and Design) for life extension and upgrade work of an FPSO to operate on the North Sea.
The shuttle tanker Navion Norvegia was converted into ‘Pioneiro de Libra’ FPSO to operate at the Libra Field in the Santos Basin in Brazil. Deltamarin provided design and engineering services both to the owner OOGTK Libra GmbH & Co KG and Sembcorp Jurong Shipyard.
Customer: Bumi Armada — Development of a robust FPSO design for the harsh North Sea environment fulfilling the UK rules and regulations.
Customer: Teekay, Norway — Petrojarl Banff suffered a multiple mooring line break in a severe storm in the North Sea in 2011. Deltamarin provided the customer technical support during the demanding fast track reinstallment project.
Customer: Bluewater Energy Services B.V. — Aoka Mizu is a Bluewater designed, built, owned and operated FPSO installation deployed at the Ettrick and Blackbird fields for Nexen Petroleum UK. Deltamarin participated in the conversion project performing basic engineering, pre-coordination design and detail engineering.
Customer: Magnum Transcontinental Corporation, USA (Petroserv) — Deltamarin’s commission included basic design of the entire ship as well as detail design.
Customer: Petrobras — Deltamarin delivered a full concept development package for the DP vessel for production and well intervention in deepwater environment.
Customer: Bluewater Energy Services B.V. — Tanker conversion into an FPSO. Deltamarin developed the concept together with Bluewater. Also structural studies, marine and utility systems, HVAC study, electrical & instrumentation as well as 3D piping model of the existing deck piping were included in Deltamarin’s scope of work.
Customer: Teekay Petrojarl — Deltamarin performed a 3rd party strength and fatigue analysis for the riser table and its interface to turret structures, as well as a review of riser table and turret design loads.
