Description:

Module 10 is a part of Kashagan Experimental Field Tranche 1. The main task of this module is to produce firewater, nitrogen, fresh water and pressure air for the needs of the whole offshore installation.

Commission:

Deltamarin was responsible for detail engineering and engineering management based on Client supplied design documentation. Part of the engineering work was performed at the design office in Astrakhan.
Total number of work hours more than 100,000 h.
Engineering management including engineering manager, discipline engineering leads, all engineering support of production, structural field engineer at Korabel shipyard, engineering coordination in the design office in Astrakhan, material management including part of material take-off’s, purchase order requests, material quantity survey, job planning: preparation of job instructions, weight follow-up.
Detail engineering including piping workshop drawings, structural workshop drawings, secondary steel workshop drawings, HVAC workshop drawings, architectural workshop drawings.
